At
10:30 last evening (June 11, 2007) our stable has added a new Saddle
bred filly from ANNIE GET YOUR GUN by
I’M THE BACHELOR.
ANNIE is owned by Jackie Demps and the Stallion is owned by Ms. Florence
Grant.

After what seemed to be
such a short stay we regret to say that Rebecca Lieberman has left to join
Center Stage Arabians in Senoia, Georgia. Now that Denaasa has recuperated
from foaling Becky has moved the family – Denaasa and her filly known to us
all as “Juliet” as well as Desperados Mona Lisa - to the new facility.
While coming down daily to hand graze Denaasa and allow Juliet to run and
play Becky became a staple around the farm. She was always there with a
bright smile and a great attitude. Becky was always quick to offer help in
any way. She even learned how to drive a tractor! Becky will be truly
missed around Blue Moon and we wish her nothing but the best in the future.

Tasha Love, our Hunter Jumper
trainer is leaving us and you will want to join me in wishing her the very
best. Blue Moon will be searching for a certified trainer and one who
shares the same stable and training values and will announce her replacement
as soon as our search has concluded.

|
Stacy Roberts-Tollison and the Ravens's Ridge Academy will be leaving the
farm as of the first of the year. I'm sure you will want to join me in
wishing her well.
The riding Academy will still be active under Blue Moon with Tasha Love and
Francie Ribas. Still offering lessons, clinics and day camps with the
same dedication to the best possible education in riding, showing and
horsemanship for all levels.

Blue Moon Equestrian Center is pleased to welcome TF Mohenhon Sun, owned by
Allison Mehta. This handsome 3 year old colt looks promising for the
Jr. English division.

Equestrian Center Welcomes our Newest Trainer - Tasha Love |
|
|
Tasha comes to us with several years
experience in the equine industry. She holds a degree in equine
studies from Virginia Intermont College where she competed on the
intercollegiate riding team throughout her college career. Tasha has
owned and operated her own riding facility which offered lessons,
training, and board as well as managed a private facility where she
was responsible for all aspects of the business including starting the
babies and schooling the young horses. Her background is with the
hunters and jumpers, however she has dabbled in dressage and eventing
as well. Tasha is certified with the American Riding Instructors
Association level 2 huntseat and believes in strong fundamentals which
create a solid foundation on which the rider can grow and become
effective not only on the horse but in other aspects of life as well.
She will become another asset to our Equestrian Center
